If you are experiencing leakage or pain that keep you from fully participating in your life and feel like you’ve been brushed off by other medical providers, I am here for you.

I approach healing differently by first and foremost creating a safe and nurturing environment where you feel seen and heard. I will take time to get to know you, why you are seeking care and how your symptoms are impacting your life.

Together we create a customized treatment plan to meet your unique wants and needs to allow deep healing to occur. I recognize that for deep healing, we need to address the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels of the body. We do this through a personalized mixture of Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, Specific Pain Treatments, Energy Work, Mindfulness, and Yoga. During our time together I will help you to learn more about your body and how you can care for it in the long run so that you can take your health into your own hands.

  • Through Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy we can address all of your pelvic health concerns including pelvic pain due to interstitial cystitis (IC), endometriosis, vulvodynia, vaginismus, pudendal neuralgia, piriformis symptom or just pelvic pain in general, urinary incontinence, urinary frequency and urgency, nagging lower back or hip pain, tailbone pain or injury. We use a personalized treatment plan which can involve internal and external manual therapy, postural education, strength and mobility exercises, Reiki, mindfulness, and yoga and will always involve education to help you understand your body and your concerns.

Evaluations and follow ups are 1:1 for 60 minutes.

  • With Orthopedic Physical Therapy, we can address acute, chronic, or over use injuries throughout the body from ankle sprains and plantar fasciitis to neck pain and headaches and everything in between. We take a holistic approach to Orthopedic Physical Therapy approach. We recognize that you are more than just a diagnosis on a piece of paper. We understand that the issue you are experiencing often expands beyond just one joint in your body and may impact many areas of your body and certainly impacts many areas of your life. We also recognize that you are a whole human being with various thoughts, feelings, and stories in addition to the physical aches and pains that bring you through the door. In caring for you, we look at your strength, muscle flexibility, joint range of motion, joint mobility, movement patterns, and balance. We also look further to address mindset, habits, and energetic blockages that are contributing to your physical symptoms, this is especially important when experiencing more chronic symptoms or conditions.

Initial Evaluations and follow up sessions are 1:1 for 60 minutes.

  • Integrative Dry Needling (IDN) is a tool that we can use to address pain and stiffness in the body. Although we use the same needles, IDN is not acupuncture. IDN works with the flow of the nervous system and the structure of the muscles and fascia. We use very fine filament needles inserted through the skin and into your muscles to create a small “injury” that catalyzes the body to kickstart the healing process. It can stretch the tissues, quiet down the nervous system, decrease the inflammatory response, and decrease your pain.

Your initial IDN session will be up to 30 minutes so that we have time to do a brief review of your history and symptoms in addition to the dry needling.

Follow up IDN sessions will be up to 20 minutes, we’ll check in with your response from your last session and how you’re feeling today, then we’ll get right to work!

**Note this is not a full physical therapy session. This offering is meant for those who have previously had IDN and no longer need full physical therapy sessions and would like to continue with IDN.

  • Energy is flowing all around us and through us. When energy is not flowing smoothly through our system, it can manifest in mental, emotional and physical symptoms like stress, anxiety, and pain. Through Reiki and Healing Touch, we restore the flow of energy in your system so that your body is free to heal. In our session, I want you to feel as comfortable and supported as you can. You’ll be welcome to lie down on the treatment table, sit up in a chair, or I can guide you into a restorative posture. As we let the energy flow, you may feel a sense of ease or peace, you may tap into your intuition and receive guidance, or you may get that deep relaxation (or even sleep) that we all need. At the end of your session, we’ll have time for you to gently return to your body and a few minutes for reflection and questions.

30 and 60 minute sessions are available.
