This gathering will be co-led by Dr. Jenne Wax of Treehouse Family Medicine and Brittany Robinson, DPT of Brittany Lee Wellness — two passionate women’s health providers dedicated to creating spaces for honest conversation, connection, and learning.

Empowering Education Series: Navigating Perimenopause and Beyond
Join us for an inspiring and informative educational series created to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond. This series brings together a team of passionate, experienced providers who believe that education is power—and that you deserve to feel confident, connected, and cared for in every stage of life.

Restore Yoga
Join Brittany for a 1 hour restorative yoga class in the beautiful Shilo Farm barn. You’ll be lead through supported restorative postures that quiet your nervous system, soothe your body and mind, and restore your energy. With the use of props you’ll be fully supported and held as you relax and release.
